The problem

You built a system. You still decide everything by hand.

Most tools give you an empty canvas and leave the method to you. When the week gets busy, the method is the first thing to go.

  • Too many prioritiesEverything looks urgent, so nothing gets the morning.
  • No clear first taskYou open your list and spend twenty minutes choosing.
  • Tasks too big to start"Launch the website" sits on the list for three weeks.
  • The weekly review dies firstWithout it, the list stops matching what you actually care about.

How it works

A day with Lucimo

Lucimo follows one simple routine. You set the hours; the rules stay the same.

  1. Anytime

    Catch everything

Type a thought in two seconds, even offline. Start it with "today", "tomorrow" or "week" and Lucimo files it with a date. Anything else waits in one inbox.

  2. 10:00

    The hard thing first

Your most demanding task was picked the evening before. It opens with a first step that takes two minutes, so starting is easy. No inbox, email or messages before it.

  3. 12:30

    Inbox, once a day

Every item leaves in one move: into a project, onto a date, into Someday, or done on the spot. Then the afternoon gets its blocks.

  4. All day

    One next action per project

Each project shows one step you can picture doing. Tick it and the next one moves up. The rest of the backlog stays out of sight.

  5. Planning

    Minutes against hours

Every task on Today carries a time estimate. If the total is more than your free hours, Lucimo tells you in the morning, not at 18:00.

  6. 19:00

    A five-minute wrap-up

Clear the list, give anything unfinished a next step, and confirm tomorrow's first task. Then stop.

  7. Sunday

A weekly review that walks you through

Eight short steps, each opening the screen it needs: empty the inboxes, check stalled projects, pick the week's few priorities, log one number per goal.

Who it's for

People who run their own work

Founders, freelancers and anyone whose day is theirs to plan. You've read the productivity books. You built a setup in Notion, Todoist or a notebook, and it worked until a hard week broke it.

Lucimo is the method built into the app. The rules work on their own. An assistant layer that suggests, sorts and reshuffles your day is coming next, and you will always see and undo what it does.

Questions

Before you sign up

Is there a free plan?

Not yet. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A free plan comes after the first founding members are on board.

Does it use AI?

The core runs on clear rules you can see. An assistant layer that suggests dates, sorts your inbox and reshuffles your day is next. It will show you every change it makes, and you can undo any of them. Your content is never used to train AI models.

Where is my data kept?

With established hosting providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export or delete everything at any time. The privacy policy has the details.

Can I bring my tasks from Notion or Todoist?

Not at launch. Import from Notion and from a text file is planned.

Which devices does it work on?

Lucimo is a web app. It works in any modern browser on your laptop and your phone.

How do I cancel?

In your Onelink account, where your subscription is managed, or by emailing hello@lucimo.app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
